Simply Bee Fynbos Honey testifies to the age-old traditions of pure, unadultered honey, from free-roaming bees in the wild. With an exquisitely delicate taste, much like the fynbos flowers that feeds their wild bees, this is top-end, pure honey. Simply Bee filters the raw honey at temperatures below 40 degrees, with nothing but a cheese-cloth, to preserve all the natural goodness of raw honey, but with a smooth and delicate texture. This is real honey at its best – not a cheap man-made or diluted imitation!

Description
The bees at Simply Bee’s nature conservation farm collect from the local fynbos, which is located in a remote area with no commercial farming in the area of collection, thus minimising exposure to pesticides. Simply Bee does not feed or medicate their bees at all. When they filter the honey, they never heat above 40°C to not diminish any of the high levels of healing properties in honey. Honey varies greatly in colour, flavour and consistency depending on the kind of blossom from which the bees have gathered their nectar. As responsible beekeepers, they only filter their raw honey the traditional way using only a cheese-cloth to obtain our “Pure” honey. Simply Bee honey is also badger-friendly.
