Directions for use:
- Place the seeded grow pad into the porcelain tray
- Fill the tray with water up to the mark
- Once saturated, remove excess water from the tray, this creates air bubbles in the seed pockets
- Place the carton cover over the seeded grow pad
- Let the microgreens germinate in the peace and quiet at room temperature for at least 3 days
- After 3-4 days, you can remove the cover from the bowl
- When the seeds are pushing against the paper cover and causing the sections to puff up or balloon, peel the paper cover
- After 5-7 days, you can harvest and enjoy your microgreens!
- To harvest, simply cut the stems along the edge of the grow pads
- Discard the grow pads into your home compost pile, bokashi bin or wherever you normally discard food scraps
