Metal safety razors are the gold standard of a simple tool with a simple insert to do a simple job… extremely well! A safety razor gives a much closer, sharper shave than the plastic counterpart. They have durable handles and work with double-sided, replaceable blades. They can last for decades and can be handed down to your grand-children… Just like in the old days, when things were made of quality to last. Your grandpa probably still has his! However, it is not just for men, but works equally well for ladies.
With a safety razor, instead of throwing away the whole head to change the blade (or worse, the entire razor), the blade alone is removable and replaceable. The blade access is standard: you screw off the whole head to remove the metal blade and insert a new one, then screw back the head.
No nonsense, less waste, and it works out much, much cheaper.
Directions for use:
To shave:
Prepare the area of skin with lukewarm water & lather up with shaving soap. Slowly place the head of the razor against the area to be shaved and glide across the area without pressing it into the skin. Try adjusting the angle to find out the most suitable ways for you. A 30-degree angle works quite well. After shaving, wash the shaved area with clean water and wipe the area clean with a cloth. Pat dry with a towel and moisturize the skin.
Razor care:
After shaving, take the blade out of the razor. Rinse and clean (ensure all hair is gone). Wipe it thoroughly with a towel to dry. Store the razor and blade separately in a dry place. With proper care, they can last decades.
To change the blade when it gets dull:
The blade access is standard: you screw off the whole head to remove the metal blade and insert a new one, then screw back the head.
