Description
The Janna Nanna Reusable Cotton Flannel Baby Wipes are a no-brainer if you’re already using cloth nappies, cloth menstrual pads, etc. They save a ton of money, as well as save a ton of waste from entering landfill. Even if disposable baby wipes are “biodegradable” or “compostable”, it usually refers to ideal composting conditions, that definitely does not include a landfill, hence the discarded disposable wipes still take ages to decompose and release greenhouse gases such as methane while doing so. On the other hand, even “biodegradable” wipes should not be flushed down the toilet, as it does not degrade fast enough and blocks pipes and sewerage system.
In this case – it just makes sense to choose to reuse! These reusable, washable baby wipes are a great way to save money, while saving the planet.
