Happy Earth People Peanut butter cookies are deliciously flavoured with sugar-free crunchy peanut butter and a touch salt to bring out the moreish nutty flavour. It is not only yummy, but also quite healthy – made from chickpea flour and tapioca flour, instead of the usual high-carb wheat flour, and uses coconut sugar instead of cane sugar. Using these superfood ingredients ensures a cookie naturally rich in protein, prebiotic fibre and minerals.
It is organic, healthy, low GI, gluten-free, wheat-free, GMO-free, dairy-free, palm oil free, sulphite free, preservative free, free of colourants and flavour enhancers, and vegan. Wow, what a mouthful… and you won’t even guess from the taste, it’s that good!
