Directions for use:

Take one to two capsules three times daily or as directed by your Health Professional, preferably one hour before meals.

Warnings:

Not suitable for persons with allergies to ingredients, children under 12, menstruating, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Caution is advised for diabetics to monitor blood sugar levels. Avoid in gall bladder conditions where increased bile flow might cause obstruction.
