Cramp Bark Powder relaxes the muscles, thus reducing cramping and spasms. Dandelion Root Powder is used in minor digestive problems and is believed to detoxify the liver and gall bladder. Senna is the main ingredient and it encourages bowel movement by stimulating smooth muscle.
