Directions for use:
Cut the sheet into small pieces, as desired. Place your items in the centre of the wax wrap, fold in the corners, and press it tight around the shape of your item. Try to press out any air bubbles, much like cling wrap. After use, simply wash in cool water with mild eco-friendly detergent or wipe it with a wet cloth, dry and store until your next use. If the wrap is a bit stiff or shows creaks, warm it up a bit to soften the wax, then rub over the wrap to straighten it. Not suitable for microwaves or hot temperatures. Keep it away from the heat as the main ingredient is bees wax. It will melt if it’s near the oven or on top of the microwave. After about 12 – 18 months of use, when the wrap is no longer sticky or has lost some / most of its coating, you can either refresh the wax coating, or you can home compost it, as it is biodegradable, zero waste and environmentally friendly.
